Nereida Perez

Nereida (Neddy) Perez currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at McCormick & Company, where responsibilities include refreshing and implementing the company's diversity and inclusion strategy. Nereida also founded D&I Creative Solutions, LLC, offering consultancy services to noncompeting organizations in diversity, talent management, and M&A integration initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Diversity Talent Acquisition at TIAA, Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Ingersoll Rand, and Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity at National Grid, among others. Nereida holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University and has completed leadership programs at the Harvard Business School and the Americas Leadership Program.
