Sterling Barnard

Sterling Barnard currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain at McCormick & Company since May 2022, overseeing property risk management, customer business contingency planning, and long-term capacity management. Prior to this role, Sterling held various positions within McCormick & Company from June 2002 to May 2022, including Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Strategic Solutions and Director of Global Supply Chain Strategic Solutions, focused on providing business intelligence and supporting supply chain growth. Sterling began the professional journey at Sugar Foods Corporation from 1986 to 1998, progressing through roles such as Plant Manager and Materials and Production Scheduling Manager. Sterling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Production & Operations Management from Virginia Tech between 1981 and 1986.
