Valerie Fouquet

Valerie Fouquet is an experienced human resources leader with a significant tenure at McCormick & Company since January 2004, serving in various capacities including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Talent and Learning, and previously for Global Commercial and Global Functions, as well as EMEA. Valerie leads a global talent acquisition team with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has a proven track record in optimizing talent management and redesigning leadership programs. Notably, Valerie's expertise encompasses managing substantial HR teams across multiple countries, driving HR process simplification globally, and implementing hybrid working models while enhancing gender diversity within the workforce. Valerie's earlier experience includes roles at STMicroelectronics, contributing to compensation and benefits strategies. Valerie holds a DESS in Human Resources from IAE Aix en Provence and dual Master degrees in History and Economics from Lyon II University.
