Yolande Schulz

Yolande Schulz is a seasoned professional in the field of food science with extensive experience in research and development across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as the Interim R&D Director at McCormick & Company since January 2018, Yolande has held various roles such as R&D Director and Head of Commercial. Prior to McCormick, Yolande was a Freelance Food Scientist and held significant positions at PepsiCo, including R&D Scientist for Sub-Saharan Africa and Senior R&D Technologist. Early career experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Specialist at Clover South Africa. Yolande holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science (Cum Laude) and a BSc in Food Science (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria.
