Anthony Felli has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Anthony began their career at Landry's Restaurants in 2000, where they worked as a Regional Manager for almost 9 years. In 2009, Anthony joined Vapiano as the Vice President of Operations until 2013. Anthony then moved on to McCormick & Schmick's, where they served as the Regional Vice President. Currently, Anthony is working as the Regional Vice President for Restaurants Unlimited at Landry's since 2022.
Anthony Felli pursued their education at The Culinary Institute of America from 1994 to 1997. Anthony completed a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager during this time. Subsequently, from 1997 to 2000, they attended Purdue University and obtained a Master's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
