Pat Guise

Chief Visionary Officer at McCormick Taylor, Inc.

Pat joined the company in 1989 as an errand runner with dreams of one day owning the company. In 2011, after years of hard work, steadfast dedication, and forward thinking, he realized this dream when he bought the company and became a co-owner with Jim Wiggans. In his role as Chief Visionary Officer, Pat leads the company with unwavering passion and ambition for the future. His mission is to lead a paradigm shift in the internal dynamics of our company to encourage greater collaboration and participation. He is breaking down barriers to build a corporate culture that fosters innovation and communication amongst all levels and skillsets within the organization.

An agent of change both inside and outside of the business, Pat plays an active role as a Board Member for the Boy Scouts of America, fundraising to support local troops, and for the Economy League of Philadelphia, promoting business interests for the Greater Philadelphia area. Pat is also a supporter of Mural Arts Philadelphia, an organization dedicated to igniting change through art.

In his spare time, Pat enjoys watching and participating in sports. He’s a faithful Philly sports fan, and holds season tickets to the Eagles and Flyers. Pat stays active by pitching for our Philadelphia office's softball team, and hitting the golf course with friends.
