Shawn Cross

Shawn Cross is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Project Development at McCownGordon Construction since October 2022. Previously, Shawn held the position of Director of Development at Colby Capital from April 2022 to October 2022. Shawn's extensive background at McCownGordon Construction includes roles as Director of Project Development, Director of Preconstruction, Preconstruction Executive, and Senior Estimator between September 2014 and April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Estimator at Saunders Construction from June 2012 to September 2014 and as Preconstruction Manager at FCI Constructors, Inc. from 2006 to May 2012. Shawn earned a degree in Construction Science & Management, Engineering from Kansas State University, completing studies from 2000 to 2006.
