Rick Neal

Rick Neal has been with McCoy Corporation since November 1997 and currently holds the position of Sr. VP / CFO. Prior to this role, Rick worked at Conn Appliance, Inc as a Controller and Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor. Rick also has experience in the education sector, working as a Teacher / Coach at Nederland Independent School District. Rick earned an MBA in Accounting from Lamar University in 1989, following a BS in Education / Mathematics from the same institution in 1985. Throughout their career, Rick has been responsible for various financial and operational functions, including Accounting, Budgeting, Credit, Collections, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resources, Training, Risk, and Loss Prevention, as well as managing relationships with Bank Group.
