Alicia Cohn

Alicia Cohn is a seasoned professional in the field of materials chemistry, currently serving as a Patent Technology Specialist at McCoy Russell since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia held positions as an R&D Scientist at Lazarus Naturals and as a Senior Research Associate at Keon Research LLC. Alicia began their career as a Graduate Student in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Washington, where notable research was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Daniel Gamelin, focusing on synthesizing II-VI semiconductor nanocrystals and employing various advanced spectroscopic techniques. Alicia earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Chemistry from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Gettysburg College.
