Kymberly Wells, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kymberly started their career at Premier Auto Group in 2005, where they served as an Executive Administrator for four years. In 2009, they joined Edward Jones as a BOA until 2011. Following that, they worked at Dealer Equity Group as an Office Manager from 2011 to 2016. Since 2016, Kymberly has been a part of McCurley Dealerships, initially joining as a Human Resources Payroll Manager and later being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in July 2022.
Kymberly Wells, SHRM-CP, attended Columbia College of Business from 1990 to 1991 and focused on studying Accounting and Business/Management during that time. Prior to their college education, they attended Rex Putnam High School from 1987 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Kymberly obtained the People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in September 2023.
