Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith is an experienced professional in the technology and retail sectors with a strong background in account management and team leadership. Currently serving as Microsoft Category/Training/Content Manager UK&I at McCurrach since August 2016, Alicia has also held roles as EMEA Readiness and Influence Operations Manager and Regional Account Manager - Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing a team, driving business KPIs, and implementing innovative approaches to change management.
