Tony Finoli

Tony Finoli has a diverse work experience in the field of ceramic technologies and research. Tony started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh in 2008, where they focused on developing porous ceramic and ceramic/hydrogel composites for cell culturing. During their time there, they also gained skills in working effectively in both group and individual settings.

In 2013, Tony joined McDanel Advanced Ceramic Technologies, where they held multiple positions. Tony began as a Senior Research Engineer, contributing to the company's new product development, applications specialization, and process improvements. In 2017, they were promoted to R&D Manager, where they continued to bring their expertise to the research and development activities of the company. Lastly, Tony became the Director of R&D and Technology in September 2023, overseeing the research and technology departments.
