Randy Miller

Randy joined MTSi in 2014 after spending over 12 years in the personnel and staffing industry. A resident of Tulsa for over 30 years, Randy begin his career in public accounting, having earned his CPA after graduating with a BS in Accounting from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

As Vice President of Field Services, Randy is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of field employees required to meet the third-party inspection needs of a wide variety of oil and gas, pipeline, utility, and petrochemical client companies. His group searches nationwide to identify high-quality candidates that meet regulatory guidelines as well as the unique experience, industry certifications, education, and experience requirements, required by each client.

Randy is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, and a member of the Tulsa Pipe Liners Club, the Pipe Liners Club of Oklahoma City, and the Tulsa Business Ethics Consortium.
