Annie Roydhouse is currently working as a Principal Talent Management Specialist at McDermott International, Ltd. Previously, Annie held the title of Resourcing & Organisational Development Business Partner at Beach Energy Ltd. Throughout their career, Annie has focused on areas such as Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

Annie's experience includes roles in various companies such as Control Risks, Crown Resorts, and Adventure Tours Australia Group. Annie holds degrees in Psychology with Neuroscience, Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing a MSc in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney.
