Kelly Hennington

Kelly Hennington is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience at McDermott International, Ltd, where roles have included Senior Director and Director of Talent & Organizational Development. Since May 2018, Kelly has led global teams to design and implement organizational talent management programs while focusing on enhancing the employee experience and aligning people, strategy, and processes. Prior roles at CB&I and Aramark involved significant responsibilities in managing talent integration, implementing leadership development frameworks, and overseeing HR operations in dynamic environments. Kelly holds a B.S. and M.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and completed the Duke Management Program at Duke University in 2018.
