Sunil Upadhyaya

Sunil Upadhyaya is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience in project execution and delivery across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at McDermott International, Ltd since December 2016, Sunil manages global operations including EPCI, fabrication, construction, and digital technology initiatives. Prior roles at Baker Hughes involved directing ERP initiatives, overseeing significant projects such as the SAP rollout to over 90 countries and leading the merger between Halliburton and Baker Hughes. Additional experience includes senior positions at LTD Commodities, Pactiv Inc., Hoechst Marion Roussel, and A F Ferguson Management Consultancy, where Sunil was instrumental in implementing SAP systems and leading ERP transformations. Sunil holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
