Kevin Meek

Kevin Meek serves as the Office Managing Partner and IP Section Head at McDermott Will & Emery since June 2022, overseeing operations in the Austin office. Prior to this role, Kevin Meek was a Partner and head of the Intellectual Property Department at Baker Botts LLP from April 1990 to July 2022, leading the Austin Office Intellectual Property Group. Kevin Meek began his legal career as an Associate at Baker, Mills & Glast from August 1988 to April 1990. Kevin Meek obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
