Richard Bardahl

Richard Bardahl has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Richard started their career at CME Group in 1992, where they held various roles including Financial Analyst and Controller. Richard played a key role in the firm's IPO process and was responsible for launching the Corporate Finance Department. Richard also led the transition from a nonprofit model to a shareholder business model. At McDermott Will & Emery, they worked as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they provided strategic financial reporting and became a trusted advisor to firm leaders. Richard then became the Chief Financial Officer, leading financial planning, analysis, and strategy efforts. Throughout their career, Bardahl has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on process improvement.

Richard Bardahl earned their Master of Management degree in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 1999. Richard previously obtained an MS degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1991.
