Robert's career began in accounting at McCain Manufacturing Corp, progressing from Assistant Controller to Controller, overseeing financial statements, inventory management, and accounting department operations. Robert holds a high school diploma from De La Salle Institute and has further education from the University of Illinois Chicago.
