Ruthlyn Alleyne

Ruthlyn Alleyne serves as the Director of Total Rewards at McDermott Will & Emery since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in employee benefits management from prior roles at Milbank LLP as Associate Director of Benefits, and at The Madison Square Garden Company in various leadership positions related to retirement benefits planning and administration. Prior experience includes significant roles at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where Ruthlyn Alleyne advanced from Benefits Coordinator to Global Benefits Manager, and earlier at Cornell University as an Employee Benefits/Administrative Assistant. Ruthlyn Alleyne holds a BS in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Cornell University and is currently pursuing a Certificate Program in Compensation and Benefits at Cornell University ILR School.
