George F. Ogilvie III

George F. Ogilvie III is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in construction law and litigation. Since June 1992, George has been with McDonald Carano, earning numerous accolades including AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, recognition as a "Top Lawyer" in Construction Law by Vegas Inc. in 2022, and multiple distinctions from The Best Lawyers in America from 2008 to 2023. George was also recognized as "Lawyer of the Year" in Construction Law in 2020 and in Construction Litigation in 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at the Clark County Public Defender's Office, where George was part of the Capital Murder Defense Team and successfully tried several high-profile cases. George earned a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, a BA in Philosophy from UCLA, and attended Loyola Marymount University.
