Chelsea Reyes is an experienced attorney with a diverse background in law. Currently serving as an Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel (Enforcement and Operations) at U.S. Customs and Border Protection since January 2020, Chelsea has previously held various legal roles in the United States Air Force, including positions as Captain and Chief in Military Justice and Administrative Law. Chelsea has engaged in criminal prosecution and provided legal counsel on complex issues while stationed in locations such as Afghanistan and Germany. Prior to military service, Chelsea refined legal research and drafting skills as a Law Clerk at multiple law firms and organizations, including Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC, and Sullivan Cove Consultants, LLC. Chelsea holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
