Akshat Jerath is a creative, analytic, and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations and Lead McCafe at McDonald's India since August 2019, Akshat leads a team of over 500 employees and possesses comprehensive knowledge of retail operations. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager Operations North and East for Tata Starbucks Limited, where responsibility included overseeing multiple locations and ensuring revenue and profitability. Akshat also held the position of District Manager at Tata Starbucks, spearheading market openings in major cities. Earlier experience at McDonald's India as an Operations Consultant focused on enhancing revenue and profitability by ensuring consistent QSC delivery across multiple stores. Akshat holds a diploma in Hotel Management from IHM CT&A and a Lean Six Sigma certificate from Lean Six Sigma India.
