Daniel Moser

Daniel Moser currently serves as Corporate Legal Counsel at McDonald's Österreich, specializing in real estate law, contract creation, and negotiations for expansion projects. Previously, Daniel worked at Jarolim Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, managing eviction lawsuits, and conducting legal research. In addition to a background in sales as a customer consultant for Sky Österreich, Daniel has experience in public administration through an internship with LAND NIEDEROSTERREICH. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and ongoing Master of Laws (LL.M.) studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), complemented by an educational foundation in electrical engineering from HTBLuVA Mödling.
