Janet Graham

Director, Human Resources at McDonogh School

Janet Graham is currently the Director of Human Resources at McDonogh School. Prior to their current position, they served as the Human Resources Director at Lyndon Institute from February 2013 to October 2016. In this role, Janet was responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, recruiting, policy development, strategic planning, payroll, benefits, and other employment matters. Janet also served on the Leadership Team, the Compensation and Finance Committees, and the organizational wellness team during their time at Lyndon Institute.

Before their time at Lyndon Institute, Janet served as the Human Resources Manager for Northern Counties Health Care from February 2009 to February 2013. In this role, Janet was responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, policy development and implementation, staff and supervisory training, worker's compensation claims management and policy oversight, claims management for short and long term disability claims, oversight of priviliging and credentialling processes, public relations committee and events planning committee, and publisher of company newsletter.

Prior to their role at Northern Counties Health Care, Janet was a Clinical Secretary at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center from May 2007 to February 2009. Before their time at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Janet was the Office Manager at a Nursing Home Management Company from May 1999 to May 2007.

Janet Graham has a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a concentration in Addictions Studies from Springfield College.
