Shannon Overcash

Shannon Overcash is the current General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at McDonough Corporation. Prior to joining McDonough Corporation, Shannon was an Assistant General Counsel at Bar-S Foods Co. from November 2013 to June 2015. In this role, Shannon provided legal counsel to various departments within the corporate enterprise, drafted and negotiated complex contracts, supervised outside counsel, managed complex tasks, interpreted regulations, performed legal research, oversaw compliance, prepared and presented recommendations, participated in corporate meetings, and developed internal policies.

Prior to their role at Bar-S Foods Co., Shannon was a Partner at Osborn Maledon, P.A. from December 2003 to November 2013. Her practice consisted of general business transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel services, corporate governance matters and venture capital and private equity financings. Shannon has extensive experience in the legal field and is a valuable asset to McDonough Corporation.

Shannon Overcash has a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University. Shannon also has certification from the Oregon State Bar and the State Bar of Arizona.

Shannon Overcash reports to Brendan Riccobene, President & CEO. They are on a team with Brian O’Brien - Chief Financial Officer, Sarah Zybarth - Chief of Staff.
