Mike McDougall

President at McDougall Communications

For more than 25 years, Mike has been doing just that for brands on a global basis, and in the process earning 18 Public Relations Society of America Silver Anvils and Awards of Excellence—the Oscars® of the communications industry.

Before returning to the consulting world in 2011, Mike served as global vice president of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs for eye health giant Bausch & Lomb, and as director of Worldwide Public Relations and Digital Market Development for Eastman Kodak Company. Prior, he spent just shy of a decade in various PR and marketing communications agency leadership roles.

Mike’s team-building and development efforts have been honored by the likes of PRWeek (In-House PR Team of the Year finalist and Boutique Agency of the Year winner) and The Holmes Report (Best Places to Work in PR). He's a frequent public relations industry speaker with global industry bodies, a guest university lecturer, and an occasional columnist for public relations and marketing publications such as PRSA's Strategist and PR News.

He was elected to the prestigious Arthur W. Page Society in 2010 and was named to the Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows in 2015.
