Matthew Shannon

Matthew Shannon is a civil engineer with a diverse background in engineering design and project management. Currently, Matthew Shannon works at RCOC as a Civil Engineer in Design since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineer at McDowell & Associates, which began in April 2017, and earlier engineering positions at Parsons Corporation from January 2004 to October 2009. Matthew Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Basrah, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
