Mike Gorman is a seasoned Business Litigation Attorney with extensive experience in commercial, franchise, antitrust, and trade practices litigation, as well as bankruptcy litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Vice President at McDowell, Rice, Smith & Buchanan, PC since January 2007, Gorman previously held a similar position with Daniels & Kaplan, P.C. from February 1996 to January 2007, and began as a Litigation Associate and Partner at Shughart, Thomson and Kilroy, PC from May 1986 to February 1996. Gorman earned a Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Rockhurst University. Gorman is an alumnus of Rockhurst High School, Great Class of 1979.
