The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy is a non-profit conservation organization that relies on our more than 650 volunteers to help protect and promote Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Our work includes providing public access to Preserve, protecting the Preserve through research and stewardship, and increasing the community's understanding and appreciation of the Preserve through educational programs and community events. By integrating the Preserve into the fabric of the Scottsdale community, the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy is focused on ensuring future volunteers will continue to champion its protection for generations to come.
