Nikolaj Josiassen

Nikolaj Josiassen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Department at Andel since July 2023, focusing on analytics, systems, processes, and people development to support group procurement. As the Owner and Founder of Nikolaj Josiassen ApS, Josiassen delivers services in people and team development, management training, and facilitation.
