Rajiv Thakker

Rajiv Thakker currently serves as a Life & Leadership Coach at the Reserve Bank of India since September 2023. As a Partner at TruePurpose Worldwide, Rajiv has been delivering executive coaching programs globally since June 2021. Additionally, Rajiv functions as an Instructional Facilitator for Fierce Conversations and an Adjunct Professor in Leadership Development at S P Jain School of Global Management. Rajiv's expertise extends to business coaching with Mind Gym, where solutions are provided for major clients such as Thomson Reuters and American Express. Rajiv has been involved with the American Management Association and Management Centre Europe as an empanelled external facilitator since 2010. Furthermore, Rajiv specializes in leadership development with Pragati Leadership and serves as a Learning and Development Consultant for Ethical Quest Limited, while also acting as an empanelled external facilitator for The Learning Factor since February 2015.
