Eyal Shpits

Eyal Shpits has over 20 years of work experience in various industries and roles. Eyal is currently working at MCE Systems as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they lead product development, research and development, presale, and delivery. Prior to that, they co-founded GreenShpits, a mobile solutions consulting and development company. Eyal has also held positions at SimilarWeb as the Director of Engineering, ServiceNow as the Director of Engineering, Ping Identity as a Senior Software Developer, SAP Labs Israel as a Development Manager, Quintiq as a Senior Business Consultant, and ESI Expert Systems Industries Ltd as the Research and Development Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Lead Software Engineer in the Israeli Air Force. Eyal is a talented leader with a strong background in mobile development and engineering management.

Eyal Shpits completed an MBA in Finance from Reichman University in 2002-2003 and obtained a B.Sc in Information Systems from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1997-1999. Additionally, Eyal Shpits obtained a certification in "Career Essentials in Generative AI" from Microsoft in 2023.
