Manu Lizzio-Hashime

Manu Lizzio-Hashime, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and operations across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Strategist at Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation since January 2024, Manu previously held roles such as Director of Marketing at Mighty Citizen, where proficiently established the marketing department and streamlined processes. As Senior Manager of Marketing for the American Society of Hematology, leadership in social media and digital marketing enhanced stakeholder engagement. Manu also contributed as Global Product Marketing Manager at the International Baccalaureate, implementing global marketing strategies for educational programs, and as Manager of Latin America for Worldwide ERC®, expanding the association’s operations in the region. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Marketing Management from University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a BS in International Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
