Jessica Gounder

Jessica Gounder is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Formations Inc Canada since August 2022, facilitating recruitment across eight locations in Western Canada. Previously, Jessica worked as a Recruiter at Alliance Employment Group from January to August 2022, where involvement in the YEG2 AR project for the Amazon warehouse in Acheson, Alberta, led to the recruitment of up to 150 individuals. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Keyholder at Marks Work Warehouse from July 2017 to January 2022.
