Harika Mamidi

Harika Mamidi is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at McElhanney since July 2022. Prior to that, they had worked at GEF Seniors Housing from August 2018 to July 2022, first as a Recruitment Advisor and then as a Human Resources Assistant. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services from April 2015 to February 2018. Harika also gained experience as an HR Service Administrator at IBM from July 2013 to June 2014. Harika started their career as an intern, first at UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd from March 2013 to May 2013, and then at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT from April 2012 to June 2012.

Harika Mamidi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and Marketing from Srm University, Chennai, from 2011 to 2013. Harika also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Bioinformatics from Bharath University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Harika completed their Higher Secondary education from Sri Chaitanya Junior College/Alfa Junior College, specializing in Biology/Biological Sciences, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School, Visakhapatnam, from 1994 to 2004.
