Elida Allen, PHR, has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System since June 2000, Elida has progressed through various roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Nursing and Senior Human Resources Associate. Prior professional experience includes the position of Human Resources Manager at Macy's from 1990 to 1996. Elida holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University.
