Wayne Bailey

Wayne Bailey is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional with a career spanning over three decades in the baking industry. Currently serving as the Food Safety Manager at McEntire Produce Inc since 2016, Wayne is responsible for the management of the company's food safety plan and systems, ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. Previously, Wayne held the position of DVP, Food Safety & Quality Assurance at ARYZTA LLC from 2013 to 2016, overseeing multiple bakery locations and leading a senior staff team. Wayne's career began at the President Baking Company, followed by roles at Keebler, Kellogg's Company, and Otis Spunkmeyer, where progressive advancements in quality assurance positions were achieved. Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Augusta State University.
