Padmaraj Subramaniam is an experienced professional in the field of UX/UI design and development, currently serving as the Director of UX/UI Practice at McFadyen Digital since June 2013, where leadership in UX development best practices is a primary focus. Prior roles include positions as Senior Interactive Developer at SapientNitro and UI Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, among others, showcasing a robust career trajectory in user interface design, prototyping, and usability testing. Padmaraj holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from R.V.S College of Arts and Science and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Mar Aughusthinose College, complemented by foundational education in computer science from the International Indian School.
