Scott Still

Scott Still has a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry, with vast experience in leadership and executive roles. Scott currently holds the positions of President and CEO at McFarlane Aviation Products, as well as President at McFarlane Aviation Products. Scott is also a Board Member at McFarlane Aviation Products and Torotel Products, Inc. Prior to their current roles, they served as an Advisor at Jet Midwest from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Scott held various significant positions at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, including CEO/President and Vice President of the Systems and Components Group. Scott has demonstrated success in driving growth, improving operations, and implementing cost-saving measures throughout their career. Additionally, Scott served as the General Manager at Sargent Controls, overseeing profit and loss responsibility and leading expansion efforts within the commercial aerospace and government sectors. Scott Still obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing the degree between 2002 and 2004.
