Mary Flores, MHA, has over a decade of experience in account management and strategic business development within the healthcare sector. Currently, Mary serves as Manager of National & Strategic Account Management at MCG Health, having progressed through various roles including Account Director and Sr. Account Executive since October 2016. Prior to MCG Health, Mary held positions at Wolters Kluwer | Health Language as Strategic Account Manager for Payer and at Access Management Services as Executive Director. Additional experience includes roles at HealthTrans, Kaiser Permanente, and Cigna, where Mary demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, and revenue enhancement. Mary holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
