Maya K. is a seasoned healthcare strategist with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives and business operations. Currently, Maya serves as the Director of Strategy at MCG Health since January 2025. Prior roles include Clinical Strategy and Business Operations Leader at Varian from January 2022 to January 2025, where oversight of MDO-AOS Business Operations was a key responsibility. Previously, Maya held the position of Senior Strategy and Planning Director at Banner Health from May 2005 to January 2022, spearheading strategic planning and new business development for Banner University Medical Center, the largest hospital in Arizona.
