Matthew Jones

Matthew Jones, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Project Engineer at McGill Associates, P.A. since October 2016, Matthew has a background that includes civil engineering roles with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where responsibilities included inspections and quality assurance during military construction. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a teacher for Moore County Schools, educating students in Technology, Engineering, and Physics. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Youth leadership experience includes positions as an Activities Director and Intern, reflecting a commitment to community engagement.
