Robin Jones, SPHR, MBA has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career at Precision Castparts in 1993, where they served as a Human Resources Manager for nearly 20 years. In 2012, they joined McGill Environmental Systems | McGill Compost as the North American Human Resources Manager, and later advanced to the position of Human Resources and Communications Director. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. In addition to their corporate roles, Robin also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Wake Technical Community College from 2014 to 2017.

Robin Jones has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Meredith College. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Furthermore, Robin Jones earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration from East Carolina University. Additionally, they obtained the certification of SPHR from the HR Certification Institute.
