Alex O'Neill

Alex O'Neill is a dedicated research assistant currently working at McGill University, supporting Professor Daniel Douek with tasks related to a monograph publication, and assisting Professor Maria Popova with research on the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. O'Neill also runs an online retail business selling music products on Discogs and has experience as an English instructor and life coach in Japan. Previous roles include research assistant at Université de Montréal, associate research fellow at Fonds de recherche du Québec, poll worker for Élections Montréal, and census enumerator for the Government of Canada. O'Neill is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at McGill University and the University of Auckland, following studies at Vanier College.
