Jennifer Hally

Partner at McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia

Jennifer Hally is a Partner in MKCI’s Florham Park, NJ office, defending asbestos, talc and other toxic tort-related matters at the state and national levels. She serves as National Coordinating Counsel for several clients in the defense of product liability and toxic tort claims, and is involved in all stages of litigation, including motion practice, investigations, coordination of discovery, preparation for trial, settlement negotiations, and appeals. Jennifer uses her experience to analyze the merits of Plaintiffs’ cases and potential client defenses to provide settlement strategy and trial recommendations to MKCI’s clients and evaluates claim and cost trends.

In addition to her work as a litigator, Jennifer heads MKCI’s Medicare compliance program.

Prior to joining MKCI in 2005, Jennifer served as General Counsel to an investment bank.

Outside of MKCI, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two teenage children and renovating historic properties for rent to low-income tenants with her husband.

Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washington & Lee University School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University. In addition, Jennifer holds a Certification in the Foundations of the Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health. The program consisted of five graduate-level courses, including in Biostatistics and Epidemiology.
