Lauren Armenia has a range of experience in the field of Human Resources and Office Management. Lauren worked as a Human Resources Director at McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, P.C., where they oversaw the HR department and implemented new protocols and strategies across multiple office locations. Lauren also acted as an advocate for employees, resolved conflicts, and handled disciplinary actions. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant/Office Manager at Medical Dynamics, where they managed schedules, organized office operations, and assisted in hiring and onboarding new employees. Lauren also has experience as a Public Relations Intern at various companies, including Warehouse Records Limited, Ba Da Bing Records, and Red Entertainment.
