Daniel Plunkett

Daniel Plunkett is a Member of McGlinchey Stafford's Commercial Litigation/White Collar - Government Contracts group, with a career at the firm beginning in 1993. Based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Daniel specializes in internal investigations and representation in regulatory and criminal matters. Additionally, Daniel served on the Board of Directors and as Vice President of the Louisiana Shooting Association from February 2014 to 2020, and held the position of Range Safety Officer at Honey Island Shooting Range from 2011 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Daniel clerked for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana in 1992-1993. Daniel obtained both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tulane University, completing studies from 1985 to 1992.
