Matthew Sagendorf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager at McGough since January 2024 and as the Owner of Red Mountain Munitions LLC since March 2023, Matthew previously led engineering and construction for a $500MM+ Dairy Facility at Darigold from September 2020 to May 2023. Matthew's career includes notable roles such as Vice President of Engineering & Maintenance at Berner Food & Beverage, Vice President of Engineering at Hearthside Food Solutions, and Director of Supply Chain Engineering at ConAgra Foods. With a solid foundation in engineering management, Matthew began the career at Archer Daniels Midland, advancing through various roles at leading companies in the food and beverage sector. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Senior Honors from the University of North Dakota.
