Mona Awad

Mona Kaplan is a Partner, Practice Group Leader, and Attorney At Law at McGrail & Bensinger LLP. Previously, Mona served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hōlistic Lifestyle Systems, and as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Fair Capital Partners Inc. Mona also has experience as a Director and Assistant General Counsel at MUFG, as well as other roles at prestigious law firms such as Dechert LLP and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Mona holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and International Relations from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from University of Toronto Law School, and a Joint Honors degree in Rhetoric and Psychology from University of Waterloo.
